S.L. 480.2 Art. 17Target shooter licence A.

(1) Any person who intends to acquire and keep a firearm to actively pursue the sport of target shooting as is referred to in regulation 20(a) and (d) may apply to the Commissioner for a licence under this regulation to be known as a "Target Shooter Licence A".

(2) An applicant must be a member of a target shooting club, licensed as such under the Act, set up for the practice of target shooting disciplines.

(3) An applicant must produce a valid medical certificate attesting to his physical and psychological fitness for the purposes of this regulation.
