(1) Saving the provisions of regulation 10(1), any person who applies for a licence under this Part shall submit the appropriate application form and submit the necessary documents proving his legal title to the arm or arms and, or ammunition to the Commissioner.

(2) An applicant must produce a valid medical certificate attesting to his physical and psychological fitness for the purposes of this regulation.
