The Malta Financial Services Authority established by the

Malta Financial Services Authority Act shall be the designated competent authority in Malta for the purposes of implementing Article 32(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation and the relevant provisions of the Commission Implementing Directive, and any reference therein to the competent authority shall be deemed and construed accordingly.
