S.L. 470.1 Art. 3Establishment of the Centre.

(1) There shall be a Centre, to be known as the Centre of the Maltese Language, for the primary purposes of supporting the administration, organisation and operation of the Council, assisting the Council in the fulfilment of its functions and carry out projects for the further advancement of the Maltese language. (ESTABLISHMENT)

(2) The Centre shall be an executive organ of the Council, responsible for the day-to-day management of the Council.
