In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Public Health Act;

"conditions" means a set of rules established in the Order for the Restriction of Movement (Public Health) intended to prevent the potential spread of disease which shall be complied with at all times by the person subjected to the Order.

"Order" means the Order for the Restriction of Movement (Public Health) issued by the Superintendent in terms of these regulations;

"Revocation Notice" means a notice by means of which an Order issued under these regulations is revoked;

"Superintendent" means the Superintendent of Public Health as defined in the Act.
