S.L. 465.73 Art. 3Power of the Superintendent of Public Health to make exemptions.

The Superintendent of Public Health may, by means of a

Government notice published in the Gazette and in accordance with those conditions which she deems necessary or appropriate, exempt any person from the requisites of this order.
