S.L. 465.53 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 465.

In this order, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Public Registry" means the Public Registry Office in Malta open for the registration of causes of preference among creditors, for the enrolment of acts requiring registration in order to have effect in regard to third parties, and for all other registrations required by law;

"Superintendent" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Public Health Act.
