S.L. 465.44 Art. 3Effect of the repeal.

In consequence of the repeal of the principal order:

(a) any legal time that was suspended by virtue of the principal order and that had commenced running before the date on which the suspension came into force but had not expired before that date shall continue running again, for the period remaining as at that date, as from the 15th June 2020;

(b) any legal time that was suspended by virtue of the principal order and that, were it not for that order, would have commenced running while the suspension was in force, shall commence running as from the 15th June 2020.
