S.L. 465.2 Art. 10Responsibility of the competent authority.

(1) When any pool is found not to meet the requirements set by these regulations, or when a condition is found which may constitute a public health risk or a health nuisance to bathers or pool patrons, the competent authority shall order such pool to be closed.

(2) The competent authority shall also order such closure when there is significant evidence of communicable disease being transmitted through use of the pool, when the public pool is being operated in such a manner as to constitute a significant health nuisance, or when imminent public health hazards exist.
