It shall be the responsibility of the employers, workers and workers’ representatives to work together to prevent and eliminate risks, protect workers’ health and safety, and create a safe working environment, carry out consultation regarding the choice and use of safe equipment, identifying how best to carry out training, information and awareness-raising processes.
