S.L. 465.10 Art. 20Ship sanitation certificate: form, period, retention and charge.

(1) A Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate or

Ship Sanitation Control Certificate must conform to the form in

Schedule 2.

(2) A ship sanitation certificate issued under regulations 17 or 18 shall be valid for six months from the date of issue.

(3) A copy of every ship sanitation certificate issued shall be retained at the Port Health Office.

(4) For an inspection relating to the issue of a Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate or Ship Sanitation Control Certificate, as the case may be, in respect of ships of the net tonnage specified in the First Column of Schedule 3, there shall be leviable by the Superintendent the appropriate fee specified in the Second Column of the said Schedule.
