S.L. 464.5 Art. 3Election Commissions.

(1) There shall be established four Commissions, to be called the Appeals Committee Elections Commissions each composed of four election commissioners representing each Council, and each commissioner shall be appointed by the Council which he is representing.

(2) These Commissions shall be appointed every three years by the respective Councils and shall bear the same name and be composed of the same number of commissioners to conduct the election to the said Committee for that year.
