S.L. 464.3 Art. 3Elections Commission.

(1) There shall be established a Commission, to be called the Pharmacy Council Elections Commission composed of three election commissioners.

(2) For subsequent years, the Council shall, in January of each year, appoint a Commission, bearing the same name and composed of the same number of commissioners to conduct the election to the said Council for that year.
