S.L. 464.20 Art. 9Taking of disciplinary proceedings. 

(1) No disciplinary proceedings against any health care professional shall be initiated, followed or taken except in accordance with the provisions of the Act and these regulations.

(2) Disciplinary proceedings against a health care professional may be taken by means of the Disciplinary Committee and in accordance with the provisions of the Act or of these regulations.
