S.L. 464.20 Art. 7Voting.

(1) The Chairperson and each committee member shall be entitled to one (1) vote.

(2) Cases shall be decided by the Disciplinary Committee by majority vote.

(3) In the exercise of their functions, the Chairperson and the other committee members shall act impartially and shall not be subject to the direction or control of any person or authority.
