S.L. 464.20 Art. 21Records kept and stored by the relevant Council and the Disciplinary Committee.

(1) All documentation, evidence, transcripts, records of the proceedings and the decision of the Disciplinary Committee shall be duly filed and stored securely by the secretary of the

Disciplinary Committee.

(2) The Registrar of the relevant Council shall file and store the records of the disciplinary proceedings in a manner that ensures their preservation, access and reference by the relevant Council, the Disciplinary Committee or the general public.
