S.L. 464.18 Art. 4Restoration of name to register.

Where the name of a practitioner has been erased from any register for the reason mentioned in regulation 3, the practitioner’s name shall only be restored to the appropriate register when full payment of the penalty is effected and, in such case, the Medical Council shall order his name to be restored to the appropriate register with immediate effect.
