S.L. 464.12 Art. 53Restoration to the register of name which has been removed.

Unless the Council shall otherwise direct, the Registrar shall not restore to the register any name which has been removed under regulation 52, unless the person whose name has been so removed applies in writing for the restoration of his name to the register, saving the provisions of article 34 of the Act.
