S.L. 464.12 Art. 49Temporary registration.

(1) A temporary registration shall be made in respect of a valid application as shown in the Fifth Schedule submitted to the Council in accordance with the Act and these regulations and in the case of a pharmacist a temporary licence shall also be issued.

(2) The certificate of temporary registration shall be in the form shown in the Sixth Schedule.

(3) A temporary registration shall be valid for a period of not more than one year in accordance with articles 17(4) and 18(4) of the Act.
