S.L. 464.12 Art. 47Retention of name on insertion of alteration.

On the insertion in the appropriate register of an alteration in the name of a registered practitioner, the Registrar shall retain in the register his name as already registered: Provided that if the practitioner requests that his former name be omitted from the register, his request may be complied with after that name and the new name have appeared together at least in one issue of the register.
