S.L. 464.12 Art. 45Change affecting entry in any register.

(1) Every registered practitioner shall be bound to notify the Registrar, without undue delay, of any change affecting the entry in his respect in any of the registers.

(2) Every registered practitioner shall notify the Registrar of any changes thereof within a maximum of thirty calendar days of such change.

(3) Every registered practitioner shall comply with any request for information as the Council may from time to time require from him in accordance with the provisions of these regulations or any other law.
