S.L. 464.12 Art. 28Proposal for closure of discussion on an amendment or motion.

(1) The proposal for the closure of the discussion on an amendment or motion shall be made and seconded without debate, and shall, unless the President shall rule otherwise, be put forthwith.

(2) Should the proposal of closure be in line with subregulation (1), the motion or amendment under debate shall be at once voted on by the Council.
