S.L. 464.12 Art. 22Amendment which has been carried to be regarded as a substantive motion.

If any amendment is carried, it shall then be regarded as a substantive motion and so treated, as to a further amendment with the right of speaking on it in reply, and in all other respects, as an original motion.
