S.L. 464.12 Art. 16Proposal and secondment of motion.

(1) Before any motion or amendment is discussed, it shall be proposed and seconded by two-thirds of the members present for the meeting.

(2) Any such motion shall be produced in writing.

(3) All amendments shall be framed so that they may be read as independent motions.
