S.L. 464.12 Art. 12Quorum.

(1) In accordance with paragraph 13 of the First Schedule to the Act no business shall be transacted by the Council unless a quorum of half the members thereof plus one is present.

(2) In such instances when there is no quorum the meeting shall be scheduled for no later than ten working days from the date of the meeting in question.
