S.L. 464.10 Art. 47Insertion of alteration.

On the insertion in the appropriate register of an alteration in the name of a person who is registered in any register, the Registrar shall retain in the register such person’s name as already registered: Provided that if the person requests that his or her former name be omitted from the register, such request may be complied with after that name and the new name have appeared together in one issue of the register.
