S.L. 464.10 Art. 45Application for alteration.

Subject to the provisions of regulation 46, when a registered person whose name is entered in any of the registers applies to the Registrar to have an alteration made in his or her registered name or registered address, or to have any registrable qualification possessed by him or her entered in the register in the substitution for or in addition to a qualification already registered, the Council shall, on being satisfied that all the requirements of these regulations have been complied with, cause to be entered in the appropriate register the alteration or addition so notified.
