S.L. 464.10 Art. 39List for European Union and non- European Union citizens.

(a) The list for European Union citizens shall be in accordance with the form shown in the First Schedule and shall state in respect of each person the particulars referred to in that Schedule and showing a consecutive number.

(b) The list for Non-European Union citizens shall be in accordance with the form shown in the Second Schedule and shall state in respect of each person the particulars referred to in that Schedule and showing a consecutive number.

(c) A temporary list will be set up for any European Union citizen who has obtained qualification but has not yet been confirmed with the relevant document. Such register shall be in accordance with the form shown in the Third Schedule and shall state in respect of each person the particulars referred to in that Schedule.
