S.L. 464.10 Art. 36Special and standing sub- committees.

The Council may appoint as it deems necessary special sub-committees and standing sub-committees to submit recommendations to the Council regarding the matters referred to them by the Council. Such sub-committees shall submit their recommendations in writing to the President of the Council stating the reasons for their recommendations.
