S.L. 464.10 Art. 13Order of business.

The order of business at each regular meeting shall be as follows:

(a) (i) reading, amendment, confirmation and signature by the President of the minutes of the previous meeting;

(ii) business arising out of the minutes;

(b) correspondence;

(c) matters for discussion;

(d) reports of sub-committees; and

(e) other matters.
