S.L. 463.57 Art. 3Form of aid.

Where the Corporation is satisfied that an undertaking carrying on or intending to carry out an activity to contribute to the economic development of Malta, requires assistance to facilitate the investment, the Corporation may support such an undertaking with a tax credit and, or a cash grant that may not exceed three hundred-thousand euro (€300,000) over a period of three (3) years in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Guidelines.
