S.L. 463.5 Art. 4Assistance for industrial research and experimental development.

(1) Where the Corporation is satisfied that a research project based on industrial research or experimental development may contribute to the economic development of Malta, the

Corporation may provide such an undertaking with the forms of assistance referred to in regulation 3 in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Guidelines.

(2) Where the Corporation, on or after the 1st November 2014, is satisfied that an undertaking requires assistance to carry out feasibility studies in preparation for an industrial research or an experimental development project, the Corporation may provide such an undertaking with the form of assistance referred to in regulation 3 in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Guidelines.
