S.L. 463.45 Art. 5Eligible  expenditure. 

(1) The Corporation may support investments and modifications in plant, machinery, equipment and technologies that lead to a quantifiable reduction in CO emissions as further prescribed 2 in the Guidelines.

(2) Eligible investments may also include specialised technical services and procurement of technologies that enable the undertaking to measure parameters linked to the undertakings’ carbon footprint.
