Where the Corporation in collaboration with the

Commission are satisfied that the undertaking is an eligible undertaking as prescribed within the Guidelines, the Corporation may provide assistance to such undertaking to facilitate the work life of its disabled employee in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Guidelines.
