S.L. 463.10 Art. 1Citation and commencement.

(1) The title of these regulations is the Investment Aid

(July 2014) Regulations.

(2) These regulations shall apply in respect of qualifying activities for an initial investment or an initial investment in favour of new economic activity incurred on the 1st July, 2014 or after this date.
