Minister responsible for broadcasting and, or audiovisual media may by order from time to time designate, shall be the competent authority to take or propose appropriate measures to ensure that manufacturers, developers and importers of devices and user interfaces controlling or managing access to and the use of media services providing programmes in Malta comply with the requirements of Article 20 of the EMFA and for this purpose the said Office or other public entity as aforesaid may demand the assistance of any other public authority.
