S.L. 460.33 Art. 8Appeals.

(1) An appeal against any decision:

(a) of the First Hall of the Civil Court rejecting, wholly or partially, an application for a Preservation Order under article 3, shall, according to Article 21 of the EU Regulation, lie to the Court of Appeal:

Provided that such an appeal shall only be available to the creditor; and

(b) pursuant to Articles 33, 34 or 35 of the EU Regulation, shall, according to the provisions of Article 37 of the EU Regulation, also lie to the Court of Appeal.

(2) Appeals in terms of article (1)(b) shall be lodged within six (6) days from when the decision is read out in open court.
