S.L. 460.28 Art. 3Specified Decision to be regarded as one with the Treaty.

For the purposes of article 2(2) of the Act, it is hereby declared that the Specified Decision shall be regarded as one with the Treaty, while stating the Government’s understanding that where the Treaty refers to financial stability of the Euro Area, this should be interpreted to mean the Euro Area as a whole or one of its Member States in isolation whatever its size.
