S.L. 458.8 Art. 3Directions under the Act.

No direction shall be given under the Act except in consequence of an inquiry held in accordance with the provisions of these Rules into the charge formulated in a notice of inquiry served in accordance with the provisions of these rules on the person against whom the charge is made.
