S.L. 458.64 Art. 9Renewal of licence. 9

(1) Any licence issued in accordance with these regulations shall, be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of issuance.

(2) Applications for the renewal of a licence shall be submitted at least three (3) months prior to the expiration of the licence.

(3) The Licensing Authority shall have the right to reject renewal applications if compliance standards are not satisfied.
