S.L. 458.61 Art. 11Advertising.

In the advertising of COVID-19 Test Kits, it shall be prohibited to use text, names, trademarks, pictures and figurative or other signs that may mislead the user or the person to be tested with regard to the device's intended purpose, safety and performance:

Provided that any advertisements which are in violation of these regulations shall be amended, replaced or removed as necessary.
