If the holder of the authorisation requests a change in any of the particulars referred to in regulation 9(1)(a) to (e), the time taken for the procedure relating to the request shall not exceed INVESTIGATIONAL MEDICINAL PRODUCTS (HUMAN USE)

thirty days. In exceptional cases, this period of time may be extended to ninety days.
