S.L. 458.31 Art. 9Decision to exclude a category of medicinal products.

Any decision to exclude a category of medicinal products from the Government Formulary List shall contain a statement of reasons based on objective and verifiable criteria and be published in an appropriate publication to be determined by the Superintendent of Public Health.
