S.L. 458.25 Art. 14Non-applicability of regulations.

These regulations do not apply to the medical tests carried out by the use of medical diagnostic kits intended for home use, irrespective of where these tests are carried out, or in respect of tests carried out by a medical practitioner in his consulting room or at the patient’s home, or bedside, using doctor’s office equipment in the exercise of his profession.
