S.L. 458.23 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 464.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires -"the Act" means the Health Care Professions Act;

"department" means the Department of Health; "clinic" means a private medical clinic; "private medical clinic" includes a private hospital and a day care medical clinic, but does not include a medical practitioner’s consulting room; "Ministry" means the Ministry responsible for health; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for health;

"authorised person" means a person authorised by the Minister to exercise powers under regulation 13;

"Superintendent" means the Superintendent of Public Health.
