S.L. 458.23 Art. 16Receipt for services at the clinic.

For each service carried out on payment at the clinic, an official itemised receipt shall be issued from the clinic to the person in respect of whom such service was provided. The licensee shall moreover ensure that a register of financial accounts of the clinic is kept.
