S.L. 458.22 Art. 16Validity of proceedings.

Where under any of the foregoing provisions of these rules the inquiry stands postponed to a future meeting, the validity of the proceedings at that meeting shall not be called into question by reason only that members of the Council who were present at the former meeting were not present at the later meeting or that members of the Council who were present at the later meeting were not present at the former meeting.
