S.L. 458.20 Art. 16Conduct of examinations.

(1) The preliminary and the final examinations shall be conducted by a board of examiners, to be appointed by the Council for Nurses and Midwives.

(2) The board of examiners for the preliminary and final examinations shall consist of -

(a) a principal medical officer or a senior medical officer, or any other medical officer performing administrative duties in the Department of Health, as chairman;

(b) two medical practitioners, one being a physician and the other a surgeon; and

(c) two nurses whose names are entered in the general part of the said register of nurses.

(3) The board of examiners shall submit the examination results to the Council for Nurses and Midwives for approval and ratification prior to publication.
