S.L. 458.2 Art. 37

When the practitioner lives out of the place bordering on the harbour or bay in which the ship is lying, besides the rate fixed in the preceding paragraph, the rates fixed in paragraph 35 shall be chargeable for the distance between the practitioners’ place of residence and the quay or shore of the harbour or bay where the ship is lying.
