S.L. 458.16 Art. 14Opening times.

(1) Each pharmacy shall be kept open on such days and on such times as the Licensing Authority may from time to time order in accordance with the provisions of article 88 of the Act.

(2) The managing pharmacist of the pharmacy which is not required to be kept open in terms of subregulation (1) shall affix to the door of the pharmacy under his management, a notice clearly visible from the street indicating the name and address of the pharmacy or pharmacies required to be kept open in that particular district.
